ASA C. MAYO
The founder and CEO known to many as Ace, has compiled over 25 years’ experience in the development industry. Experience, desire to lead and a learning orientation are characteristics that have been integral in building his deep knowledge of the development process. These experiences have taught him the importance of team partnership through collaboration with others. He has been able to build trust and strong relationships within the communities he has lived or worked in.
Asa served as the Bethesda Field Office Construction Manager and most recently the Development Director for McDonald’s Corporation. In his most recent role, he led all development strategy and activities to support profitable market growth. Through his leadership his team was successful with modernizing close to 1,300 locations within a 5-year period to modernize the Brand as part of the corporate initiative Bigger Bolder Vision.
Prior to McDonalds, Asa worked as a civil engineer in Phoenix, Arizona on a variety of projects. He has an assortment of design and development experience in retail, public works, land development and metro rail design.
Asa graduated from University of New Hampshire with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering and a Master of Professional Studies in Real Estate from Georgetown University. He is actively involved in his community and volunteers with local youth programs.
